For me the build fails as well (selinux use flag probably triggers the bug): ... selinux/setfiles.c:80:30: error: ‘bb_common_bufsiz1’ undeclared (first use in this function) ... selinux/setfiles.c:84:18: error: ‘COMMON_BUFSIZE’ undeclared (first use in this function) if (sizeof(G) > COMMON_BUFSIZE) \ ^ selinux/setfiles.c:544:2: note: in expansion of macro ‘INIT_G’ INIT_G(); ^ ... I found this mailing list posts: http://busybox.busybox.narkive.com/nj9duGO7/document-setup-common-bufsiz-and-common-bufsiz-h http://lists.busybox.net/pipermail/busybox-cvs/2016-April/035786.html
right, the header warnings are not related or fatal (although they should get fixed upstream)
fixed upstream: https://git.busybox.net/busybox/commit/?id=1cda8790803a6fb072375c8fa53273333d2d4607 and added to Gentoo: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=168fd5c048be682fd985b197bc80370d57de1d57
as for all the selinux header warnings, those are fixed in master for 1.26: https://git.busybox.net/busybox/commit/?id=c6f35241b38ea0c9581409efcd83716b74918903
