The test failure is due to a too recent version of docutils (docutils >= 0.12 is verified, upstream even requires docutils >= 0.13.1 in newer releases). Upstream has already applied a patch[0] to fix the test suite. (Only the failure reported by eroen). The patch is included in readme >= 16.0 (not in portage yet).
