To unblock the deprecation of https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=550648, gst-0.10 we need a stable version of wine >= 1.9.2 (https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31836).

Firstly, We've long since backported gstreamer 1.0 to >= wine-1.8, so the gst 0.10 deprecation is not held up by wine.
Secondly, we only stabilize upstream stable versions (even releases [currently 1.8.x]) so no, we won't be stabilizing a 1.9.x.
