emerge info

Qupzilla fails to buid. 
"Project ERROR: QupZilla requires at least QtWebEngine 5.6!"

dev-qt/qtwebengine-5.6.1 is installed.

Attached is the emerge-info, as you can see, I'm using clang/llvm, but I tried to compile it with gcc with no results, as you might see in the following logs.

Does your qtwebengine have files installed? This might be a dup of bug #595574.
