Description Stephan Karacson 2016-09-28 13:15:14 UTC
Last update of opencv to 4.4.0-r1 breaks didikam 4.4.0-r1

Starting digikam makes an segmentation fault. (opencv build with use qt5)

dmesg: [ 2905.429000] digikam[32727]: segfault at 7f57a3c90880 ip 00007f579092fe77 sp 00007ffceb4fe680 error 7 in libQt5Core.so.5.6.1[7f57906d9000+47c000]

Simple reemerge of digikam, opencv, qtcode or qtgui doesn't help.

USE="qt4 -qt5" emerge --oneshot opencv helps.
Might I suggest to make an use-dependency in the digikam-4 ebuild for opencv with qt4.

This might be solved too when digikam-5 goes stable.

That's an easy fix, but maybe finishing bug 566918 would be an alternative, I'd consider 4.14 'well tested' at this point.

Though 4.14.0-r1 needs the same fix, anyway.

Thanks, fixed in git.
