upstream switched buildsystem to cmake, yay!

test version is at layman -a xmw, but I need to check compatiility with openscad.

in the meanwhile where is sci-libs/opencascade-7.1 and vtk-7.1 but in portage its still not update.

older version is not anynore available free to download. 


so please update to sci-libs/opencascade-7.1  and let it use upto date vtk-7.x.
