After emerge sync on 8/3/04, a lot of gnome packages got upgraded. libbonobo-2.6.2 complains about missing dev-perl/XML-Parser and failed to build without it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade/install libbonobo-2.6.2 without XML-Parser package installed
