As discussed in [1], this package has a bunch of missing dependencies. For instance: dev-perl/Browser-Open (thanks kent!). We should add them if possible.

What about to minimal flag as '+minimal' (enabled by default)?
Since '-minimal' as 'too fat' IMHO.
