I have the same problem.
I am unsure if obexftp finally included obexfs or not: https://github.com/zuckschwerdt/obexftp/issues/1 But I cannot find more information about that

Maybe obexfs should be removed from the portage tree and the dependencies on obexfs should be replaced by dependencies on obexftp.
Yeah, Fedora for example removed obexfs :/
