Description Michał Górny archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2015-12-23 13:49:28 UTC
Per GLEP67 every project should have an unique e-mail address. Right now the projects listed in summary share the same address. Please let me know if and what new aliases you'd like to get for the projects.

Furthermore, releng@g.o is not registered on Bugzilla.

So far this is just a two man project, me and twitch153. I don't have any strong feelings about this as long as GRS remains a proper subproject of releng. If you just want an email alias, I might suggest grs@gentoo.org but I'm open to any suggestions that fit what other projects in the same boat are doing.

This is a relatively new problem, so I'm waiting for reply from other projects. I'll let you know once they decide something.

Yeah, let's try creating some canonical naming scheme if possible.

I think the way forward would actually be to create the alias. To confirm, grs@gentoo.org? Do you want a Bugzilla account with that, so that bugs can be assigned to the project?

grs@gentoo.org is good. the bugzilla account is good too. although its properly a subproject of releng it has its own identity and bugs to all releng members might annoy them. i'd be fixing them bugs anyhow.

thanks for pushing this whole clean up through Michal. related, how will we be triggering willikins for project members? !herd foo will be meaningless now.

Let's see if it works.
