A new version of nautilus-dropbox is out, with updated versioning scheme.

Updated the ebuild somewhat :
* cleanup deps
* fix homepage
* remove kernel config check for notification support, nautilus-dropbox is just a consumer
* update the license from GPL-2 to GPL-3, is the correct licensing according to the COPYING file
