Tested ebuild in attachment. swi-prolog needs patch to work with LibreSSL, also in attachment. I am going to try to send the patch upstream.

This is now fixed in git:

* swi-prolog-7.2.3-r1 and swi-prolog-7.3.10 include support for libressl. (swi-prolog-7.2.3-r1 is the next stable candidate which will be marked stable in the very near future).

* upstream packages-ssl patch has been applied. (With OPENSSL_NO_SSL we don't lose session_key/1 info using openssl).
