So you added ALLARCHES just to justify stabilising for an architecture you're not familiar with or did test on, Justin?

Per policy [1] it was a valid action to do stabilization for all arches. And my addition of ALLARCHES was just for you, as you are always taking care that all fields are set correctly. I really meant it to support you.
