after using boot-admin all entires within brackets containing the information which partition to use gets deleted.
for example the entry:

root (hd0.1)

becomes 

root ()

I never tried changing anything in the boot-admin settings. Its enough to start and close it

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start boot-admin
2.press Ok
3.look at grub.conf (or try rebooting ;-))

Actual Results:  
see details

Expected Results:  
no changes to grub.conf

well, knowing which version it is would probably help :)

Oups I'm sorry about that.

It is Version 0.33.0
And yes it seems to be that bug. I'll try 0.34.0 now and will report..
