It seems to me that there is some conflict of versions within tikz/tikz-cd. Any attempt to \usepackage{tikz-cd} fails with error:

what version of dev-tex/pgf do you have installed ? I'd imagine 3.0.1 would fix this, maybe it could be stabilized
