Portage happily reports, whatever I do:

ERROR: games-rpg/lipsofsuna-9999::sunrise failed (depend phase):
 *   EAPI=3 is not supported
--------

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add sunrise overlay via layman
2. emerge something

Actual Results:  
Portage reports that EAPI=3 is no longer supported.

Expected Results:  
Silence.
