net-libs/libsignon-glib currently fails to emerge if dev-util/gdbus-codegen is not installed:

 * python3_4: running run_in_build_dir default
make -j16 -s -j1 
Making all in libsignon-glib
/bin/sh: line 1: gdbus-codegen: command not found
Makefile:1035: recipe for target 'sso-auth-service-gen.c' failed
make[2]: *** [sso-auth-service-gen.c] Error 127
Makefile:502: recipe for target 'all-recursive' failed
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
Makefile:411: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2

Installing it allows the emerge to complete successfully.
