net-mail would like to remove mail-mta/postfix-2.0.19-r{1,2,3}. Please stable mail-mta/postfix-2.0.19-r4 as soon as you can. Thanks.

Since 2.1.3 is stable on most archs (except ppc, s390 and mips), I'm in favor of requesting stable test from those archs that are missing and dropping older ebuilds after we get it stable there.
