Comment 3 cru5ader 2015-07-31 06:58:21 UTC
No, i am running google-chrome as user, not root privilegies
Comment 4 cru5ader 2015-07-31 08:42:20 UTC
I update google-chrome to 44.0.2403.125, bug still here
Comment 5 Joerg "JJ" Junge 2015-08-20 15:58:20 UTC
Hallo

I had the same issues (InitializeSandbox, RawChannel, segfault).
Chrome worked fine with " --no-sandbox".

I found this issue in the Chromium bug tracker:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=505203

I compiled the kernel with CONFIG_COMPAT_VDSO=N and
the Chrome error was gone.

Comment 8 Mike Gilbert gentoo-dev 2015-08-24 14:23:50 UTC
We should add a kernel config check for this. Re-opening.

Isn't this a dupe of bug #556286 ?
