This version of OpenRC adds rc-sstat, which is a utility for displaying
status of services being monitored by s6. This is only usable on amd64
and x86 currently because s6 is only available on these arch's. For
everyone else, this version is identical to 0.16.4.

Because of this, I have pushed this directly to stable on all arches
other than x86. I have used the utility on amd64 myself.

X86 team, this needs to be tested and stabilized.
