Went through diff, tested and simple ebuild version bump will do. I don't know how often you'd like me to update it, but upstream can be very active at times for no good reason (release a month with very cosmetic changes). Even these updates since April are minor, most of them are mainstream freetype patches bundled in fontconfig-ultimate's release tarballs (they aren't used by this ebuild anyway).
