Hi!

recently some more tools have been added to the tools package (dnssec-*). However, there are more tools in bind that are useful without having bind running (for example when using pdns with bind backend)

So please consider moving the following tools from bind to bind-tools as well:

> ddns-confgen
> rndc-confgen
> named-checkconf
> named-checkzone
> named-compilezone
> named-journalprint
> arpaname
> genrandom
> named-rrchecker
> nsec3hash
> tsig-keygen
