+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #404575 +++

mozplugger requires m4 at runtime in order to function; thus, it should RDEPEND on m4.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C m4
2. emerge -a1 mozplugger

Actual Results:  
m4 isn't re-merged when merging mozplugger, and firefox "about:plugins" doesn't report that mozplugger is registered.

Expected Results:  
m4 should be merged along with mozplugger, and firefox about:plugins should have a section for mozplugger.

looks like m4 used to be in @system before 2011.

If you feel I have closed your bug and it is still a current issue, please reopen and update it completely. We will not work bugs that have no ebuild in tree any longer or can not be reproduced with a current system.
