The slot of the =dev-java/jnr-ffi-2.0.2 should be 2 instead of 1...

It installs in: "/usr/share/jnr-ffi-2" and belongs to slot 2.

The wrong slot prevents =dev-java/jnr-posix-3.0.10 from emerging since it needs "jnr-ffi-2" but the only dev-java/jnr-ffi:2 is =dev-java/jnr-ffi-1.0.10 that actually should belong to slot 1. 

I will not file a separate bug report since the =dev-java/jnr-posix-3.0.10 emerges ok with =dev-java/jnr-ffi-2.0.2 when the slot is fixed in an overlay
