Since the last update to version 2.4.6, video doesn't play smooth like cinnamon-2.2.16-r2 Same issue moving windows.

I checked mesa was set to gallium even i disabled compositing in full windows without luck.

I notice a hight CPU consuption in this version, about a 10% when the last version didn't reach 1%.
