THe handbook suggest using SYNC in make.conf (mirrorselect).  However, the WIKI page on mirrorselect suggest sync-type and sync-url in repos.conf... that SYNC is deprecated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:X86/Installation/Base
2.Compare to http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Mirrorselect
3.


Expected Results:  
The handbook should be updated and synced with the wiki.

sync-uri, not sync-url.
