New ocaml dependencies for llvm-3.6.0[ocaml], target keywords:
* dev-ml/ounit-2.0.0 ~arm ~ppc64 ~sparc
* dev-ml/ocaml-ctypes-0.4.0 ~arm ~ppc ~ppc64 ~sparc ~x86

Alternatively, you can mask the ocaml USE flag in llvm for your arch

I have masked the ocaml USE flag in sys-devel/llvm until these are keyworded, after keywording you can drop the entries in arch/{powerpc,sparc}/package.use.mask
