k9copy's development apparently stopped, and the last version relies on ffmpeg, which apparently can't be installed anymore on a "normal" stable system. Please replace it with it's successor, k9copy-reloaded: http://k9copy-reloaded.sourceforge.net/ which builds against libav.
@kensington We could just package the fork as k9copy. Imho no need for new package name.
I have no opinion either way wrt naming.
I think it's worth mentioning that k9copy-reloaded supports qt5 / kde framework 5 in addition to KDE 4. http://k9copy-reloaded.sourceforge.net/#Prerequisites This wasn't an issue until recently, but now, with Plasma becoming stable, k9copy's dependencies on kde4 pacakges can cause troubles.
Unfortunately I think even this fork is dead now especially with ffmpeg-3 stable.
