No changes to ebuild, just a pure version number bump.

Fixes in this build :
* Deduplicate characters (Mathieu Bridon)
*Fix some issues triggering crash catchers like Fedora's ABRT or Ubuntu's Apport (Mathieu Bridon)
* Fix a mistake in the Taiwan translation (Koala Yeung)
* Fix a deprecation warning (Mathieu Bridon)
* Properly detect graphical capabilities, to skip the appropriate unit tests (Mathieu Bridon)

from "ibus-cangjie-2.2.ebuild"
