Installing dev-db/vsqlite++-0.3.13 emerge prints:
QA: preinst
QA Notice: Symbolic link /usr/share/doc/vsqlite++-0.3.13/README points to /usr/share/doc/vsqlite++-0.3.13/README.md which does not exist.

Reproducible: Always
