backuppc-3.3.1.ebuild

using the 3.3.0-r1 ebuild also works for 3.3.1.
I added APACHE_MODS to fix https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=411861

Is this finally compatible with apache-2.4?

This is the httpd.conf file that Fedora uses to make it work with apache 2.2 and 2.4:

I have an ebuild for this on bug #532718 with apache-2.4 support.

I just unmasked this a minute ago, give it a few hours to hit the tree. Beware, the upgrade may not be so easy: it requires apache-2.4 now. The apache stuff should however work out-of-the-box.
