Building of packages fails when CONFIG_GRKERNSEC_TPE_ALL on, as /var/tmp/portage/$cat/$pkg has g+w permissions preventing scripts to execute. According to the information from gentoo-portage-dev >=sys-apps/portage-2.2.15 should fix it.

Yes, I was going to call got 2.2.15 stable request.  A simple bug to fix was discovered, so I was waiting for the final fix and was going to patch 2.2.14 and 2.2.15, after that was done, I was going to ask for the 2.2.15 stabilization.

Maybe 2.2.18 would be a better candidate at this time... but I guess portage team will know better ;)

Sorry, I got busy and didn't get around to patching 2.2.15 for a stabilization request.

While there were several important bug fixes in 2.2.15, with only 2 weeks till a normal 30 day stabilization request for 2.2.18.  I think it's best to just wait for 2.2.18.  it has a lot more bug fixes in it than 2.2.15.

Please stabilize as it has many bugfixes since 2.2.14.
