While starting squid with external_acl_type ... ext_wbinfo_group_acl there appear many errors similar to:
Global symbol "$groupSID" requires explicit package name at /usr/libexec/squid/ext_wbinfo_group_acl
in cache.log and these lines:
FATAL: The nt_group helpers are crashing too rapidly, need help!
Squid Cache (Version 3.5.1): Terminated abnormally.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start squid with this line in squid.conf:
external_acl_type nt_group children-startup=2 children-max=5 ttl=120 %LOGIN /usr/libexec/squid/ext_wbinfo_group_acl -K
Actual Results:  
Squid terminates abnormally

Expected Results:  
Working squid with ext_wbinfo_group_acl helper
