pcmanfm with version 1.1.2 or higher misses a dependency on virtual/freedesktop-icon-theme. Therefore icons are missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install pcmanfm version 1.1.2 or higher
Actual Results:  
pcmanfm does not show icons

Expected Results:  
pcmanfm should have icons

i can't find any apparent reason for dropping the dependency. There was an already similar bug reported and resolved here https://bugs.gentoo.org/376309 "x11-misc/pcmanfm-0.9.9_pre20110422 missing dependency"
