XScreenSaver does not build its OpenGL-based savers unless media-libs/glu is installed separately. This is because it expects to find libGLU.so and can't since it is not installed. Installing media-libs/glu manually causes it to build the OpenGL savers normally and successfully. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Ensure media-libs/glu is not installed 2. emerge xscreensaver with USE including opengl Actual Results: XScreenSaver is installed without its OpenGL-based screenhacks. Expected Results: XScreensaver should have been installed with all its screenhacks including the OpenGL-based ones.
