I have written an ebuild for Gimp-Perl.  This allows The GIMP to be scripted in Perl.  The benefits of this should be obvious.

I should have checked here first, but I made an ebuild, too.

What a great tool to compliment portage.

Devs: this ebuild works for amd64 as well.

re comment 3: the goof.com link is for Gimp-1.2, now obsolete.  Perl Debugged is helpful though, thanks.

This ebuild that avoids the patch via sed, plus installs in vendor_perl and
avoids sandbox violation through declaring myinstall (and yes, this is really
necessary).
