Request for app-arch/zpaq-6.60 version bump

Additional informations:

The latest version is now 7.04.

The zpaq and libzpaq "6.53" ebuilds can simply be used as-is (renamed to "7.04") and generate a working 7.04 zpaq binary on amd64. I just used it to append new data to an archive created with 6.53.

Bumped libzpaq & zpaq. Sadly, zpipe doesn't work with the new library.
