I recently read about this tool in an articel in the "FreeX" magazine. I really like it and maybe some Gentoo-Users/-Admins/-Developers too? It allows you to tail -f on multiple files. Like that you don't need to have a terminal open for every logfile you want to watch. I tested this ebuild on my x86 home-machine and it worked fine. The ebuild is attached to this report. I'd really appreciate to see this in Portage. Greetings, Tobias

How's it different from app-admin/xtail?
Uhm, I emerged xtail and think it doesn't differ at all (I thought it has X dependencies because of the "x") So maybe wtail is not necessary. Thanks for your hint.
