New URL for grub2-migration.xml is https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/GRUB2_Migration

The second link is not as easily replaced as arches are uppercase now. It would be best to just mention the handbook at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:Main_Page
