Our current stable is very old, should we stabilize a new version? If so, is 1.8.4 ok?

Is arm not being stabled also?  It is currently keyworded, and I can vouch I've been using it on a cubieboard2 (armv7a) for a few months now without issue.

We've never had a request for stable qupzilla on arm. 

ARM team, what are your thoughts? Mark stable as you wish.
