app-editors/kile should depend on kde-base/konsole

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Konsole tab in Kile
Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Konsole is shown

kde-apps/konsole:5 from kde overlay does not work with kile:4. I guess kile-5.9999 ebuild has to be done...
