The updated version of the glossaries package depends on the tracklang package, which is included in dev-texlive/texlive-genericextra starting with dev-texlive/texlive-genericextra-2014.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dev-tex/glossaries-4.12 without dev-texlive/texlive-genericextra-2014
2. Create a LaTeX document using the glossaries package
3. Run makeglossaries and pdflatex

Error message:
! LaTeX Error: File `tracklang.sty' not found.

Fixed in 4.12-r1.
