In the ebuild for piwi the useflag for postgresql is wrongly named:
postgresql? ( dev-perl/DBD-Pg )
should be 
postgres? ( dev-perl/DBD-Pg )
that way the postgresql perl dependencies are correctly resolved

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. try and use piwi and postgresql

Actual Results:  
it didn't resolve the right dependency, altough IUSE and other flags are right

Expected Results:  
resolve the dependency
