the kwin decoration chromi in version 0.2 lacks title bar transparency even when the corresponding aurorae theme has transparency

the last version fixes this bug

I've packaged a snapshot, but am unable to test as I don't use kwin4.

If are able to confirm that it works well for you, I will commit.
