cannot install teamspeak : emerge teamspeak fails due to missing binary.

i cannot abtain the teamspeak-client-bin-3.0.13.1 bin file anywhere trustworthy on the internet


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge teamspeak
2.
3.


Expected Results:  
should merge current version 3.0.16  instead of old ebuild version : teamspeak-client-bin-3.0.13.1


i added teamspeak unstable to /etc/portage/package.keywords, but that did not help cause no current version ebuild exists



i would create new ebuild, but have no time for that, so dears DEVS please help me out. 

steam available nativly to linux as well as lots of games (recently steam focuses a lot on linux) now....
