Description Frédéric Romagné 2014-10-23 14:10:13 UTC
Compilation is fine, but the install fails:

 * Detected file collision(s):
 *
 * 	/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/join.debug
 * 	/usr/bin/join
 *
 * Searching all installed packages for file collisions...
 *
 * Press Ctrl-C to Stop
 *
 * sys-apps/coreutils-8.21:0::gentoo
 * 	/usr/bin/join
 * 	/usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/join.debug
 *
 * Package 'sci-biology/seqan-1.4.2' NOT merged due to file collisions.
 * If necessary, refer to your elog messages for the whole content of the
 * above message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uv sci-biology/seqan
2. wait for merge
3. see the file collision
Actual Results:
Tries to install a file /usr/bin/join colliding with coreutils' join

Expected Results:
Maybe move/rename the 'join' binary into something less sensitive...
I will also fill a bug upstream.
