after emerging runset (the emerge works just fine), emerge finishes with:
 * Processed 58 info files: 1 errors; type emerge --verbose to view errors.

rux0r root # emerge -v

 * Regenerating GNU info directory index...
install-info: warning: no info dir entry in `/usr/share/info/runset.info.gz'
 * Processed 58 info files; 1 errors.

basically i got no clue what runset is or why this error occurs ;)
i'm simply reporting it since i was able to reproduce it on a few installs

I just commited the fix, If you like you can re-emerge runset when you have 
the updated ebuild in your tree.
