Bug 523164 – app-text/poppler-0.26.5 stabilization

This is a combined stablerequest for Poppler, ICU and an accordingly recompiled app-office/libreoffice-bin. 

On amd64 and x86 the listed packages have to be stabilized simultaneously to avoid dependency hell for libreoffice-bin users. 

Please stabilize:

=app-text/poppler-0.26.4 
=dev-libs/icu-53.1
Target: all stable arches

=app-office/libreoffice-bin-4.2.6.3-r1
=app-office/libreoffice-bin-debug-4.2.6.3-r1
Target: amd64 x86

[Not cc'ing arches yet since I want to first collect blockers if any.]

@x86: you can skip this libreoffice-bin version and continue directly with -r2 in bug 525286. you still need to stable poppler and icu here before that though.

We stabilize dev-libs/icu-54.1-r1 in bug 539108

So this bug is now only for app-text/poppler-0.26.5

Arches please stabilize

Forget it, poppler-0.32.0 is being stabilized in bug 542220
