Compile as usual.  Start it, see it crash and being unusable:

$ LC_ALL=C chromium

Yuri, can you capture a stack trace using instructions from https://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxDebugging?

Also, could you try Google Chrome and see if you can reproduce the bug? See http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/bug-reporting-guidelines/reporting-crash-bug for more info.
