The package dev-php/igbinary needs some minor fixups/maintenance to address the following issues:

1. The homepage URL has changed to https://github.com/igbinary/igbinary/

2. An update was released recently bringing the package up to version 1.2.1

3. Adding php5-6 to the 'USE_PHP' statement in the ebuild, as php-5.6 is supported with igbinary 1.2.1

4. The license is listed as "New BSD" not just "BSD".
